PREMIUM PACKAGE DETAILS

Overview

Packages are quoted as a monthly retainer. The scope depends on 1) How involved does the client want to be (i.e. do they want to manage some of the posts, emails, ect. Themselves? 2) Will the client provide all of the content, or only some of it? (i.e. do they want me to write the posts, or do they want me to just help them grow their fan base, manage their feeds, ect.) 3) How many social media channels am I working with (i.e. LinkedIn, YouTube, ect.)?

Before starting any package, I require a minimum of two 1-hour conversations in person or over the phone as part of a “discovery” session. After these two sessions, I create a social media marketing plan and provide a final quote. I’m flexible on charging for this: usually I ask for a small retainer as a “set-up fee” but waive it when clients move forward with a package.

I request a minimum of a twelve month commitment.

This package includes Three of the following: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or YouTube

Deliverables for Individual Social Platforms (regardless of which package is chosen)

Facebook

  • A custom designed FaceBook landing page
  • Implementation of at least 3 FaceBook Page apps (i.e. maps, contests coupons, survey, etc.)
  • Implementation of “pretty” FaceBook url
  • Immediate acquisition of initial fan-base (all customers currently in internal company database)
  • On-going implementation of all marketing campaigns and content
  • Weekly assistance in creating content and copy
  • Daily posts to Facebook, including pictures, text, and videos as defined in marketing campaigns (1-2 posts daily)
  • Daily management of all Facebook comments, questions, and fan activity
  • Facebook link code and logos for print media
  • Daily efforts to acquire new fans and connect with existing customers
  • Assistance integrating Facebook into offline channels (print media advertisements, billboards, and internal company communications)
  • Training for staff, when appropriate (i.e. showing customer service reps how to respond to Facebook questions properly)
  • $50-$100 of Facebook Ads promoting your page and managed by Messenger Marketing on your behalf (Cost of ad budget extra)
  • Integration with Google Analytics to Track all conversions
  • Integration with Social Oomph and Sprout Social to track and measure all activity in detail (clicks, likes, retweets, replies, etc.)
  • Bi-weekly meetings (phone or in person) with appropriate leaders from your company to review the comprehensive social media strategy – including reports,  ROI, progress, and to discuss on-going improvements both online and off.

Twitter

  • A custom designed Twitter background and a professionally created profile
  • Auto DM creation upon request
  • Immediate acquisition of initial follower-base (all customers currently in internal company database)
  • Twitter link code and logos for print media
  • Daily efforts to acquire new fans and connect with existing customers
  • Daily management of all Twitter mentions, direction messages, and fan activity
  • Assistance integrating Twitter into offline channels (print media advertisements, billboards, and internal company communications)
  • Integration with Google Analytics to Track all conversions
  • Integration with Social Oomph and Sprout Social to track and measure all activity in detail (clicks, likes, retweets, replies, etc.)
  • On-going implementation of all marketing campaigns and content
  • Weekly assistance in creating content and copy
  • Daily posts to Twitter, including pictures, text, and videos as defined in marketing campaigns (4-5 posts daily)
  • Daily efforts to identify and acquire new twitter followers through keyword searches, targeted list following, and other methods.
  • Training for staff, when appropriate (i.e. showing customer service reps how to respond to Twitter questions properly)
  • Bi-weekly meetings (phone or in person) with appropriate leaders from your company to review the comprehensive social media strategy – including reports,  ROI, progress, and to discuss on-going improvements both online and off.

LinkedIn

  • Professionally written profiles for all staff members with optimized keywords
  • Inclusion of Blog, slides, etc. on profiles
  • Immediate acquisition of initial follower-base (all customers currently in internal company database)
  • Staff training on how to effectively utilize LinkedIn internally
  • Salespeople training on how to effectively research and follow-up with leads using LinkedIn
  • Ongoing staff support for how to best leverage LinkedIn
  • Assistance with leveraging LinkedIn to recruit for new job openings and positions when applicable

YouTube

  • Creation and design of custom branded YouTube channel
  • Daily posts of videos, as defined in marketing campaigns
  • Keyword optimization of all video descriptions
  • Daily management of all video comments, questions, and private messages
  • Implementation of Google analytics to track all video conversions and click-throughs
  • Monitoring of YouTube analytics
  • Ongoing suggestions as to how to refine and improve video efforts
  • Daily efforts to acquire new YouTube subscribers by engaging with and subscribing to targeted channels and users
  • Training for staff, when appropriate (i.e. showing staff how to post their videos internally, if desired)
  • Bi-weekly meetings (phone or in person) with approproriate leaders from your company to review the comprehensive social media strategy – including reports,  ROI, progress, and to discuss on-going improvements both online and off.
